Insurance Coverage
Japanese National Health Insurance (NHI)
If you are enrolled in Japan’s national health insurance system, your insurance card covers 70% of medical costs. You pay only the remaining 30% at the time of your visit. Please bring your insurance card to every appointment.
Travel Insurance
We accept most international travel insurance policies. Please bring your insurance policy documents to your appointment. Depending on your insurer, you may need to pay upfront and submit a claim for reimbursement. We will provide all necessary documentation including itemized receipts, medical certificates, and diagnosis reports in English.
Self-Pay Fees (Without Insurance)
For patients without insurance coverage, the following are approximate costs:

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 03-6824-4126. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
